My customized leadership program offers a high-touch coaching experience that helps develop your leader so they can effectively grow others. One-on-one coaching cultivates awareness and growth in personal vision, values, mindset, strengths, and overall well-being. Additionally, we uncover limiting beliefs and challenges that may impede your leadership, performance, and professional impact. Simultaneously, your will learn tools to lead well so that you can cultivate trust and safety among teams and colleagues, effectively and powerfully communicate, actively listen, foster awareness and growth, maintain presence, and get curious and compassionate as a leader. You will walk away with tangible tools to handle your fears and inner critic. You will trust yourself as a leader because of your strong self-awareness around your needs, values, and strengths. You will be able to make decisions with confidence by learning how to slow down, reflect, and strategize. With a highly developed personal awareness and growth, growing those around them will be easier. You will know how to cultivate trust and safety, foster awareness and growth, consider strengths and leverage them, communicate with care and compassion and impact, and teach all the tools you have learned through coaching.

What is the program’s methodology?
Step 1: Discovery call
Step 2: Values assessment, Strengths assessment, questionnaire
Step 3: One-on-one coaching sessions every 2 weeks for 4-12 months. These sessions include homework.
Step 4: Check-ins and midpoint survey
Step 4: Unlimited spot coaching throughout the coaching agreement.
